• You will be given the opportunity either to generate a printable invoice or to apply for a fee waiver once your application is completed.

• Prairienet Web hosting accounts are renewable on an annual basis. Renewals notices and reminders will be sent to the main account address. Please make provisions to have account mail forwarded or checked regularly. Please see under Help Center for email options. Prairienet cannot be responsible to suspended or terminated accounts in cases where no one is checking the account's e-mail.

  This will make up the Web address as well as your mailing address (e.g. http://www.prairienet.org/username and username@prairienet.org). The username must be unique on the Prairienet system. If your organization already has a mailing list on Prairienet, please doublecheck to make sure your username (login) or mail alias does not duplicate your listname. The name may be up to 35 characters long and may contain a hyphen. If your requested name is unavailable, we will select a suitable substitute.

  Domain name hosting at Prairienet requires an Advanced Web Hosting account ($180). You have the option of setting up domain forwarding for Basic and Standard Web Hosting accounts, including those with fee waivers.

    $35 annual fee or donation (Available as low-cost option for non-profit community groups that 1) do not qualify for a fee waiver, 2) can make do with 10MB Web space, and 3) do not require dialup Internet access with their account.)
