Account Renewal
Individual Members:: Renewing your account is very simple. Follow
these steps to ensure that your membership continues without a disruption
in service
Step 1

Look for your emailed renewal notice. This will
be sent to you about a month before your renewal date.
Step 2

Individual, Household, Limited, and Senior members may renew online by credit card. (Credit card
payments are made via secure server through the University of Illinois'
Cybercash system).
If your membership is not one of the
types above, or if you would prefer to renew offline, follow the instructions below.
Print out this Membership Renewal Form.
Fill it out and send it in, along with your payment, to:

If you want to apply for Low Income Membership or the
NetNeighbor Grant, you'll also need to print the NetNeighbors Application Form
and send it in along with your renewal form.
Step 2

You will receive a notice via email when your
account has been renewed.
If you don't receive this notice within two
weeks of sending in your renewal payment, give us a call at (217)
244-1962.
The speediest method of renewing your account is just to stop by our
office. Copies of the above forms are also available there and can be
mailed to you via postal mail.
